Objective:To compare the effects of saphenous vein stripping and femoral vein encircling constriction according to the data of Color Doppler Flow Imaging pre-or post-operations to show the improvement of venous valve function and hemodynamic changes. Methods:From March 2010 to January 2011,48 patients (60 limbs) with primary deep vein valve insufficiency, in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Chinese Traditional Medical Hospital, were randomly divided into experimental group (superficial femoral vein encircling constriction and saphenous vein stripping) and control group (traditional saphenous vein stripping). The data to observe are femoral vein diameter, blood flow velocity, and valsalva test changes in the anti-flow time by Color Doppler Flow Imaging. Results:By statistical analysis of Spassl7, the data of hemodynamics and valvular function of post operations in all two groups show much more improved than that before operations(P<0.05). And in the experimental group, the data show more significantly improved than that of control group.(P< 0.05). Conclusions:The way of encircling constriction is much better for getting improvement in hemodynamic changes and deep venous valve function than the way of pure saphenous vein stripping, although two methods to treat varicose vein are all effective. So an operation of femoral vein valve encircling constriction encircling constriction is suggested to a patient of PDVI as possible as it could be. |
