| Objective:To investigate the neurophysiological monitoring in acoustic neuroma facial nerve resection in rats. Method:Retrospective analysis from January 2005 to July 2010 in the Xinjiang Autonomous Region People's Hospital between the completion of the 25 cases of neurosurgical acoustic neuroma surgery in patients with clinical data, which directly remove the tumor under the microscope (non-monitoring group) 11 cases, microscopic resection used in tumor surgery of facial nerve monitor nerve monitoring (monitoring group) in 14 cases. Scoring by House-Braekmann Patients were evaluated before and after 2 weeks of facial nerve function status; to compare the two cases of facial nerve anatomy retention. Results:The group of 25 patients, preoperative clinical data of the two groups was no statistical difference in tumor total resection in 21 cases, total resection rate was 84%(21/25), total removal rate of the two groups was not significant, no facial nerve monitoring group reservations rate was 54.54%(6/11), the Monitoring Group to 92.85%(13/14). Monitoring Group was not detected above the two groups statistically significant, patients in both groups before and after 2 weeks of facial nerve function in data analysis, two groups of nerve function before surgery was no significant difference in intraoperative 2 weeks after facial nerve function was significantly Conclusions:Neurophysiological monitoring applications in the hands of acoustic neuroma resection of the facial nerve can be clearly out of shape, escort for the protection of the facial nerve, facial nerve function effectively preserve, has important clinical significance. |
