Objectives:To investigate the changes of platelet parameters of the patients in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, including platelet count (PLT), mean platelet volume (MPV), platelet distributing width (PDW) and large platelet ratio (P-LCR); and also including the markers of platelet activation, such as platelet factor 4 (PF4),βThromboglobulin (β-TG) and P-selectin. To investigate the changes in order to discuss the clinical significance, to find out the effective indicators for monitoring changes of patients and to guide the use of drugs.Methods:(1) There are 90 pregnant women. Dividing into 3 groups:The normal pregnant group n=20, mild eclampsism group n=30 and severe eclampsism group n=40. (2) Gather the vein blood from antetheca prior, put it into the canal which contain EDKA K2 (Each canal contain 3 Mini liter blood).Detect the blood routine examination of one canal sample in half an hour in the SYSMEX ZA 7000 automated hematology analyzer; put the other one in the cryogenic refrigerator, centrifuge 3 minutes in 3500 roll/minutes and take the serum (They are all in low temperature), put the serum in -80℃refrigerator. (3) Detect the platelet parameters (PLT, PDW, MPV, P-LCR) in the SYSMEX ZA 7000 automated hematology analyzer; and detect the platelet activation makers (PF4,β-TG, P-selectin) use the ELISA method.Results:(1) The general conditions (age, gestational weeks, gravidity, parity) have no statistical significant between three groups (P>0.05). (2) PLT in the severe group is lower than the mild and normal group, the difference have statistical significance (P<0.05); the mild group lower than the normal group and the difference have no statistical significance (P>0.05). MPV in the severe group is higher than the mild and normal group, the difference have statistical significance (P<0.05); the mild group higher than the normal group and the difference have statistical significance (P<0.05). MPV in the severe group is higher than the mild and normal group, the difference have statistical significance (P<0.05); the mild group higher than the normal group and the difference have statistical significance (P<0.05). P-LCR in the severe group is higher than the mild and normal group, the difference have statistical significance (P<0.05); the mild group higher than the normal group and the difference have statistical significance (P<0.05). (3) PF4 in the severe group is higher than the mild and normal group, the difference have statistical significance (P<0.05); the mild group higher than the normal group and the difference have statistical significance (P<0.05). (4)β-TG in the severe group is higher than the mild and normal group, the difference have statistical significance (P<0.05); the mild group higher than the normal group and the difference have statistical significance (p<0.05). (5) P- selectin in the severe group is higher than the mild and normal group, the difference have statistical significance (P<0.05); the mild group higher than the normal group and the difference have statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:(1) The patients have platelet activation and thrombophilia. (2) There are changes of PLT, MPV, PDW, P-LCR. Compared with the PLT, The correlation between MPV, PDW, P-LCR and sisease are more obvious changes. (3) The level of platelet activation (PF4,β-TG and P-selectin) is higher than normal pregnancy, and increased as the progress of the disease. (4)In the clinical work, based on the observation of PLT, observing the changes of MPV, PDW and P-LCR make more help to know the development of disease.
