Clinical Observation Of Xiebaijiawei Soup In The Treatment Of Yu Lung Phlegm-heat Type Stable COPD

Objective: To observe and evaluate Xiebaijiaweitang (XBJWT) phlegm-heat obstructing lung Tang on flavored type of COPD in the treatment of lung, Xiebaijiaweitang (XBJWT) diarrhea Modified Decoction of the safety and effectiveness of COPD and to explore its mechanism.Methods: Clinical select 60 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases), the control group (30 cases). Treatment group: Xiebaijiaweitang (XBJWT); control group: Shiweilongdanhuakeli (SWLDHKL) 6g bid, treatment each for 2 weeks, and clinical symptoms and laboratory examination were observed. Results: The clinical study showed that: the total effective rate 96.67%, significantly better than the control group (P <0.05), while Xiebaijiaweitang (XBJWT) flavored with improvements in patient symptoms, improve lung function and regulation, reduce the role of serum IL-8.Conclusion: Modified decoction for the treatment of Xiebaijiaweitang (XBJWT) COPD Lung phlegm-heat type of effective herbs, with Xiefei hyperactivity, preventing phlegm from forming and stopping coughing , improve the patient's lung inflammation, the role of delaying progression of the disease, with good practical clinical value.
