| Objective: To study the clinical effect of jianzhi-liquid on idiopathic interstitial pneumonia(IIP) and levels of TGF-β1,TNF-αof serum, experiment research the mechanism of jianzhi-liquid.Methods: 90 cases of selected idiopathic interstitial pneumonia patients were randomly divided into jianzhi-liquid group (A group of 30 cases), jianzhi-liquid add glucocorticoids group (group B 30 cases), glucocorticoids group (group C 30 cases) three groups, A group of using jianzhi-liquid treatment, group B using jianzhi-liquid add glucocorticoids treatment, group C for medicine by glucocorticoids treatment, 12 weeks after treatment, patients were observed the clinical, radiological and physiological indexes change, and the change of the expressions of TGF-β1,TNF-αof serum. Experimental study establish the rat pulmonary fibrosis model, to observe the influence of jianzhi-liquid to the expression of TGF-β1, TNF-αof rat lung tissue.Result: Clinical score (C):the clinical score of three groups are significantly lower than before (P < 0.05), group A and group B both does not have obvious difference (P > 0.05), these are better than C group (P < 0.05); Imaging score (R):three groups of patients are no significant of imaging scores improve; Physiological score (P) : the physiological score of three groups are significantly lower than before (P < 0.05), three groups are between was significant difference compared, group B score is the most obvious poorer; group A the second. Total score (CRP):the total score of three groups are significantly lower than before (P < 0.05), three groups are between was significant difference compared, group B score lower is the most obvious, group A the second. The expressions of TGF-β1,TNF-αof serum were significantly lower than before (P < 0.05),and group A and group B are the best. Experimental study: compare with contrast group, the fibrotic degree of the model group is more serious and the the expressions of TGF-β1, TNF-αof rat lung tissue are more(P < 0.05); the fibrotic degree of the jianzhi-liquid group and glucocorticoids group are not obvious, the expressions of TGF-β1,TNF-αof rat lung tissue are significantly lower than model group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Jianzhi-liquid can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life, and low the expressions of TGF-β1, TNF-αof serum. The experimental result shows that jianzhi-liquid can inhibit the expressions of TGF-β1,TNF-αof rat lung tissue, jianzhi-liquid is probably inhibit TGF-β1, TNF-αexpression thus plays the role of IIP treatment. |
