Clinical Study On Reduced The Side Effects Of Chemotherapy Of Lung Cancer Treated By The Injection Of Shen Qi Fu Zheng

Objective:To observe the Shenqifuzheng injection to improve the Chemotherapy secondary reactions caused by the clinical efficacy. Methods:It will be incorporated into the standard 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups to observe the group of 20 patients in control group 20 cases. Control group, the use of conventional chemotherapy alone; Observer Group on the basis of conventional chemotherapy was added injection of Shen qifuzheng, All cases were observed in three cycles, 21 days for a cycle. Observed after three cycles and control groups of clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators of changes in check, of which the main observation of indicators of Chinese medical symptoms,the week of blood count,Kidney function,KPS score and Weight.Results: observation group and control group's are non-difference at the beginning. After treatment for 3 cycles, the observation group and control group suffered from Chemotherapy secondary reactions.the observation group and the control group are all with the week in the blood count, weight, lowering damage the kidney function. But the observation group were better than the control group, Observation group was Karnofsky score, clinical symptoms, to defuse the situation better than the control group, the difference was significant, (P<0.05或P<0.01)。With chemotherapy, time and the cumulative dose of Chemotherapy drugs increase in the observation group and treatment have increased serum levels of Urea nitrogen and decreased serum levels of the week of blood count, but the observation group than the treatment group, two groups were significantly different (p<0.05).The creatinine value of the observation and the control group are no significant difference(p>0.05). Conclusion: The injection of Shenqifuzheng to relieve Chemotherapy drugs-induced weight losed,Appetite and Stomach vomit, chemotherapy-induced marrow contain and the damage of kidney function has a protective effect, and can improve patient's quality of life, reduce the toxic side effects of chemotherapy.
