Objective: To observe the clinial effect of Qingrexiaoyintang combining catgut implantation at acupoint treating psoriatic of blood-heat type and study the infulence of this therapeutic method on T cell subsets, probe into its mechanism .Method: 80 cases of psoriasis vulgaris are randomized into two groups---treatment group (Qingrexiaoyintang combining catgut implantation at acupoint group)and control group (Fufangqingdaiwan group).during the 8-week treatment course, observeing the skin distribution range, erythema severity, scale thickness, soakage degree, itching degree and so on,to determine the effect. T cell subsets were observed before and after treatment .Result: Clinical Research:the healing rate and total effective rate of the treatment group are 74.8% and 91.2% respectively while that of the control group are 45.3%and 77.65%respectively.There are significant deviation between the two groups(P<0.05). The results of T cell subsets examination show that before treatment ,the level of CD3~+,CD4~+,CD4~+/CD8~+ in Peripheral Blood was lower than the normal, that of the CD8~+ was higher. After Qingrexiaoyintang combining catgut implantation at acupoint treating, the level of CD3~+,CD4~+,CD4~+/CD8~+ in Peripheral Blood of 20 psoriasis arised and closed to normal,There is no evident change in the number of CD8~+ before and after the treatment. Conclusion: Qingrexiaoyintang combining catgut implantation at acupoint has confirm curative effect of treating psoriasis vulgaris and low recurrence rate. The mechanism of action may be related with its effect of anti-microorganism,regulating immunity,anti-inflammatory,antioxidation,improving blood rheology, etc.
