Effect Of Salvianola On The Level Of Platelet Aggre Gation Function, Plasma Fibrinogen And Homocysteine In Patiens With Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective:To observe the effect of salvianola on the level of platelet aggre gation function,plasma fibrinogen and homocysteine in patients with unstable angina pectoris;And explore the the mechanism of salvianola on prevent and cure unstable angina pectoris.Methods:Continuous collect 60 unstable angina pectoris patients who had been examined by coronary angiography (including the patients who had been examined by the identical method before the test) were enrolled consecutively from inpatients.Those inpatients were in hospital of Fujian Provincial People's Hospital between 2010 January and 1-2011 January 31. They are in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of unstable angina pectoris and the diagnostic standard of obstruction of Qi in ches.They were randomly divided into 2groups:treatment group A(n=30,given salvianola,200mg/d on the basis of routine western medicine),treatment group B (n=30,given routine western medicine only). Also to collect 30 cases of healthy persons from the Fujian Provincial People's Hospital medical center as a normal group C in the same period. The change of the level of platelet aggre gation function,plasma fibrinogen and homocysteine in the normal group and in patients with unstable angina pectoris were detected before and after the treatment in all patients.Results:1.30 cases in normal group C completed the tests;Both treatment group A and treatment group B have two cases of patients failed to complete all the tests. In treatment group A two case which failed to complete the test were withdrew from the tests;In treatment group B one cases failed to complete the test was withdrew from the tests and the other was transformed into Acute Myocardial Infarction was eliminated. In this article,we only analysed the 56 patients who had complete information. Two groups of patients had no significant differences in terms of gender,age, course of disease and complication(P>0.05).2. The levels of platelet aggre gation function,plasma fibrinogen, serum homocysteine in patients with both treatment group A and treatment group B were more than the normal group C's before the treatment(P<0.01).The levels of platelet aggre gation function, plasma fibrinogen, serum homocysteine in patients is not obviousiy different between treatment group A and the treatment group B before the treatment(P>0.05).3. Between the treatment group A and treatment group B,the level of platelet aggre gation function,plasma fibrinogen,serum homocysteine in patients in both groups dropped to lower level after 2 weeks (P<0.01).And the treatment group A's decreased significandy rather than the treatment group B's (P<0.05).4. In case number is less,of short duration,the treatment group A,compared with treatment group B in heart attacks,electrocardiogram curative effect better, but in not seen obvious difference (P>0.05).5. Before and after the treatment,the hepatic and renal function were measured in treatment group A and treatment group B. There was no abnormality in glutamic-oxalacetic transaminease, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,blood urea nitrogen,creatine. The result showed that the hepatic and renal were unconspicuous changed (P> 0.05).Conclusion:1. Compared with the normal group C,the levels of platelet aggre gation function,plasma fibrinogen,serum homocysteine in patients of unstable angina pectoris were higher and explain that high PAG, high Hcy,elevated Fg are risk factors of UAP.2. In the conventional western medicine plus salvianola significantly reduce the levels of platelet aggre gation function,plasma fibrinogen,serum homocysteine in patients with unstable angina pectoris. It is suggested that it may below the levels of platelet aggre gation function and plasma fibrinogen,and depree the inflammatory response in the patients with unstable angina pectoris.3. Severe adverse reactions were not found in the test suggests that salvianola is safe and reliable.
