Biliary tract stones is a high southern China disease, which accounts for common bile duct stones and gallstones of 10%-15% of patients. Treatment of common bile duct stones in the past the main approach to the surgical surgery, but these patients prone to bleeding after surgery, biliary fistula, abdominal infection, biliary strictures and other complications, efficacy not good enough. Today, with the development of minimally invasive techniques, minimally invasive treatment has become the treatment of choice for common bile duct stones, treatment of which was undoubtedly the most representative of ERCP. Because of trauma, fewer complications, patients recover quickly and other reasons, currently in clinical widely carried out. Although the clinical treatment of common bile duct stones has made rapid development, but their fundamental, just stay in "temporary solution" stage, in particular, the cause of stones is still a lack of effective means of treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine is the "treasure" in its thousands of years of development, its treatment of gallstone disease, especially for the cause of stone has its unique treatment of the author through the use of mentors own "suppression gallbladder stone soup "of their bile duct stones in patients with composition of ERCP in order to play traditional Chinese medicine, "solve the problem of" character, resulting in the treatment of common bile duct stones to obtain better results.ObjectiveBy observing the traditional Chinese medicine "li dan yi shi tang" postoperative ERCP for common bile duct stones in patients with bile TBIL, UCB, Ca2 +, PL, TC, TBA and other indexes to discuss whether Chinese medicine can inhibit the formation of common bile duct stones trend to verify the "suppression gallbladder stone soup" on the prevention and treatment of common bile duct stones to the common bile duct stones in the middle of Integrative Medicine to achieve "both the root causes" results.Methods1 patient met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group, the control group and conventional western medicine group. The completion of the 68 cases observed throughout the data statistics.2 From the second day after taking the Medicines given to inhibit gallbladder stone soup, taking a total of 7 days; given comparison group taking ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA), taking a total of 7 days; normal control group did not take any medicine and Western medicine, only to give transfusion after conventional treatment.3 respectively after 1 day, 3 days after the start of treatment,5 days,7 days in patients taking the three groups to do biochemical testing of serum and bile.4 the test results do statistical analysis.Results①Chinese medicine group and comparison group, no significant adverse reaction medication;②three groups before and after taking a distinct change in color quality of bile, bile color quality than those of the three groups before treatment is clear and transparent;③after taking the medication before and between the three groups on day 3 The biochemical index of bile was no significant difference;④5,7 days after medication between three groups, traditional Chinese medicine group, the total bile acid, bile flow increased compared with the control group (p<0.05), free bilirubin lovwer than the control group (p<0.05);⑤5,7 days after medication comparison group, total cholesterol, lower than the other two groups (p<0.05), compared with normal control group, the remaining indicators were no significant differences;⑥medication among the three groups showed no Ca2+significant difference.⑦7 days and after taking 10 days Medicines ALP, GGT was significantly lower than control group (p<0.05).⑧3,5,7 days after taking Chinese medicine group UCB%and CSI values were significantly lower than the control group, (p<0.05).Conclusion"li dan yi shi tang"by ERCP in patients with bile duct stones in each component TBA, UCB, PL, bile flow impact on the common bile duct stones have a certain role in the treatment and prevention.
