Study On The Countermeasures Of Electronic Supervision Based On Drug Safety

Electronic supervision as one core section of drug safety supervision, and their function extended from narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs, blood products, vaccines to essential drugs. Because the drug electronic supervision is an infant supervision, in the world there is no country has a mature system of supervision at the present time.In this paper, according to the current situation of drug safety, analysing the progress between and within nations, try to discuss the feasibility of drug electronic supervision in China by the study of necessities and obstacles and give suggestions.In the paper, it starts with the background and causes of the proposition planned in drug electronic supervision, gives a brief retrospect on drug safety from national government in recent years. In Figure 2, it presents drug safety and drug supervision from trial process, delimitation of drug safety, the history of safety supervision in China, the current situation of drug supervision. In Figure 3, introduces the genesis, functions, advantages, operations, instructions of drug electronic supervision code and the development in China and the world. In Figure 4, it gives proofs on necessities of drug electronic supervision, points out that only if practice the electronic supervision then can achieve the goals which are acceleration, mitigating stress and improving the efficiency. In Figure 5, it analyses the obstacles during the course, evaluates the deficiencies of drug electronic supervision system. In Figure 6, by using the experiences of other field on electronic supervision puts forward the developmental strategies. At last, prospect of the future drug electronic supervision is offered that drug electronic supervision system will be important on the drug safety supervision.
