| Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the method of non-glucocorticoid-based Integrative Medicine treated children with anaphylactoid purpura, to reduce the appearance of complications and reduce the relapse rate. Methods; To investigate the non-glucocorticoid-based comprehensive treatment methods (including the method of combining Chinese and Western) in the treatment of clinical efficacy of HSP, the study of blood in Harbin First Hospital of Pediatrics and Children's Hospital in November 2007-August 2009 hospital The 185 patients in the acute phase of HSP (non HSPN) in children's clinics performed a retrospective analysis of the situation and look forward to the treatment that the majority of HSP patients to avoid or reduce the use of corticosteroids to improve the quality of life in patients with HSP.Results:This treatment achieved a good clinical efficacy, there is no significant difference in the non-glucocorticoid-based comprehensive treatment group and control group(P> 0.05), one year recurrence rate (17.39%) are far lower than reported in the literature 40~60%. Reducing recurrence of HSP patients during the first year can reduce the incidence of HSPN, and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the prognosis of HSP.Conclusion:The non-glucocorticoid-based integrative treatment, can improve the quality of life of children with HSP,reduce the cost of treatment and to some extent reduce the recurrence rate of HSP; its layered, phased treatment approach can reduce the incidence of HSPN; The non-glucocorticoid-based integrative treatment of HSP is an important part of comprehensive treatment of HSP. |
