| Purpose: To observe the effect of San Ku dripping pills on the animal model of myocardial ischemia injury and the effect on cardiac hemodynamic in normal animals, to discuss the protective effects and possible mechanism of San Ku dripping pills on ischemic myocardial injury.Method: The animal model of myocardial ischemia was established by ligating on the dogs'left anterior descending branch of coronary artery.Took electrocardiogram, histomorphological,blood biochemistry,etc,as the indexes to observed the influence of San Ku dripping pills on myocardial ischemia animals.Adopted hemodynamic method,took heart rate(HR), systolic blood pressure(SBP),mean arterial pressure(MAP),cardiac output(CO),coronary flow(CF),left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP),left ventricular end-diastolic pressure(LVEDP), cardiac index(CI),total peripheral resistance(TPR),etc,as the indexes to observe the influence of San Ku dripping pills on animals'hemodynamic,and to discuss the possible mechanism of myocardial ischemia improved by San Ku dripping pill adjusting the animals'hemodynamic.Result:1.Influence on myocardial ischemia model:cardiac electrophysiology results showed that San Ku dripping pills can obviously reduce degree of myocardial injury(Σ-ST) and narrow scope of the necrotic area(N-ST);Blood biochemical test results indicated that San Ku dripping pills can significantly reduce serum phosphate creatine kinase (CK);Blood gas analysis showed that San Ku dripping pills can reduce arteriovenous oxygen partial pressure difference(P(a-v)02);Histomorphological research showed that San Ku dripping pills can reduce myocardial necrosis area.The results showed that San Ku dripping pills have protective effect on myocardial injury caused by myocardial ischemia.2.Influence on hemodynamic:The results showed that San Ku dripping pills could increase the experimental animals'cardiac output(CO) and coronary artery flow (CF),improve cardiac index(CI),reduce the totel peripheral resistance(TPR)and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure(LVEDP).There had no obviously effect on the animals'heart rate(HR),blood pressure(SBP),mean arterial pressure(MAP),etc.Conclusion:The experimental research shows that San Ku dripping pills have an protective effect on myocardial injury caused by myocardial ischemia.Its mechanism may concern with this preparation which could reduce cardiac muscle cell damage,dilate coronary artery, increase coronary flow, reduce myocardial consumption of oxygen,etc.Its specific mechanism needs further research. |
