Objective:Through explore the expression of CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells and transcription factor Foxp3 in endometriosis to discusse the role of immune regulation in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.Methods:By clinical diagnosis and postoperative pathology for endometriosis (ovarian chocolate cyst) bursa wall 30 cases as the ectopic endometrium group; In the above case hysterectomy postoperative cut take endometrial along with partial muscularis,not hysterectomy postoperative cut through curettage, we obtained 30 cases of as the eutopic endometrium group; Take same pure of 30 uterine myoma muck seen endometrial as control group. Applicated the immunohistochemistry detection CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells and transcription factors Foxp3 in endometriosis patients ectopic and eutopic and the normal control group.Results:1,Positive CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells expression and distribution in endometrial glandular epithelial cells and stromal cells of the cell membrane and cytoplasm.a,CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells less expression almost no expression in non-endometriosis normal endometrium, b,CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in endometriosis eutopic and ectopic endometrium was significantly increased, significantly higher than that of normal endometrium in endometriosis, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); The Expression of ectopic endometrium than eutopic endometrium, the difference was no statistically significant (P> 0.05).2,The expression and distribution of transcription factor Foxp3 in endometrial stromal cells and glandular epithelial cell nuclei. a,Transcription factor Foxp3 in the non-normal endometrium of endometriosis is almost not expression. b,Endometriosis eutopic and ectopic endometrium transcription factor Foxp3 expression was significantly higher than that of normal endometrium in endometriosis, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); ectopic endometriosis was higher than in eutopic endometrium, the difference was no statistically significant (P> 0.05).3,The expression of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells and transcription factor Foxp3 positive correlation in endometriosis eutopic and ectopic endometrium. Conclusion:1,The expression of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells and transcription factor Foxp3 were significantly increased in endometriosis eutopic and ectopic endometrium suggesed that immune suppressive mechanisms in the occurrence of endometriosis may play an important role.2,The expression of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells and transcription factor Foxp3 were positive correlation in endometriosis eutopic and ectopic endometrium suggested that transcription factor Foxp3 may initiate immune suppression of regulatory T cells and the pelvic environment to the of immune tolerance state and provide the necessary conditions of endometriosis.
