[objective] Monitoring of INR in orthopedic hip perioperative to evaluate the safety of enoxaparin.[methods]Eligible patients were given anticoagulant therapy (enoxaparin, subcutaneous injection,40 Hawk,2 times a day, beginning at the night before surgery.) Monitoring INR after one Week (monitoring at any time if abnormal symptoms were happened). Comparison of the incidence of bleeding events at different INR values.[results]INR<1.5, bleeding events rate was 2.4%; INR> 1.5, bleeding events rate was 28.6%, the difference was statistically significant. All patients did not occur lower limb DVT.[conclusion] Patients choiced enoxaparin in orthopedic hip perioperative had lower incidence of bleeding events, When the international normalized ratio less than 1.5.
