Therefore,researching the influence of sports fatigue is very important in military application and has significant reality in medical service.The model of sports fatigue is the key of researching . Nowadays ,The rat's heavay-loaded swimming training model is used widespreadly in sports fatigue.The standard of swimming to exhaustion has not been admitted by all. All of them use"the rats are flooded 3 times in series and 5 seconds every time"as the standard of swimming to exhausition.In the wake of study in fatigue and micronutriments deep uncealingly ,many problems has been discovered in the course of using. The objective and new standard of swimming to exhausition is needed to research and found.In the study, the rat's fatigue model was established by 10 days heavy-loaded swimming.The rat's appearance ,behavior and general information were observed.Correlation biochemistry index and micronutriments were detected.The standard of rats swimming to exhausition is established so it can be used in sports fatigue experiments study.The male SD rats were adopted and were randomly divided to 3 groups as the control group,the first group and the second group.The control group does not swim. The first group applies"the rats are flooded 3 times in series and over 5 seconds in water every time"and the second group uses"the rats are flooded 10 seconds and swimming in disorder"as the standard of swimming to exhausition.The swimming time was recorded and the rats were executed at last. SOD,MDA,LA,micronutriments were examined in serum and tissue.The main findings of the study are as follows:(1) The swimming time trend of the groups are different from the groups:In the beginning of 4 days ,the swimming time of the first group is significantly longer compared with the first; In the course of fifth and sixth day,the swimming time of the two groups are identical in general.At the last of 4 days, ,the swimming time of the first group is significantly shorter compared with the first.(2) Under sports fatigued condition,the antioxidant of the grpup decreased different from the group: The levels of lactic acid and MDA in blood serum and skeletal muscle in the control group except the liver were significantly lower compared with the first group(P<0.05) ,in the meantime the activities of SOD were significantly lower compared with the control group(P<0.05). The levels of lactic acid and MDA in skeletal muscle and blood serum except the liver in the second group were significantly higher compared with the first group and the control group (P<0.05) while the activities of SOD were significantly lower compared with the first group and the control group (P<0.05). (3)Under sports fatigued condition,the copper and zinc in serum and tissue of the different grpup decreased differently from the group:the copper in serum in the first group was significantly higher compared with the control group(P<0.05) except the liver while the zinc in serum and the copper and the zinc in skeletal muscle in the first group was significantly lower compared with the control group(P<0.05) except the liver. the copper in serum in the second group was significantly higher compared with the first group(P<0.05) except the liver while the zinc in serum and the copper and the zinc in skeletal muscle in the second group was significantly lower compared with the first group(P<0.05) except the liver.On the whole,compared with the standard of the second group ,the standard of the first is in favor of the exercise and recovery of the animal.The quick rebound of the animal is of instinct.The rats which use the standard to exhausition of the second are difficult to recover to formerly..According to the biochimecal indicator of organism and the change of trace,the rats which use the standard of the second depress significantly in sports fatigue.The standard of second is reliable,which can be used in experimental research of sports fatigue mechanism. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | rat, swim, fatigue, the standard of swimming to exhausition zinc, copper | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
