Scholars to study population change of Beijing, most of which scholars have analyzed the status and characteristics of population change from a demographic point of view, there are some scholars studies the intersection of education and health, however, few scholars to study the cross-field,which field about population changes and health resources allocation.Health resources provide services to individuals and groups.
