Liver Treatment Of Sudden Deafness Tongqiao Soup Anger Clinical Study On The Disturbance Type

Objective: To investigate the traditional Chinese medicine prescription for anger on the Treatment of Liver Tongqiao soup violent disturbance type hearing loss, before and after the treatment of symptoms and physical signs of improvement compared to the efficacy of prescription-related factors were analyzed to further explore the type of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of anger on the disturbing violence Connotation and disease deaf TCM clinical treatment more effective. Methods: 60 children,who suffer from sudden deafness ,Collected in March 2009 to November 2010 meet the requirements in our hospital,were divided into two groups at random ,The treatment group which involved 30 patients had been taken Liver Tongqiao soup of traditional Chinese medicine and Shuxuening treatment .The control group which involved 30 patients were given Shuxuening treatment, effects were observed before and after treatment.Results: Treatment group and control group of hearing loss and vertigo are effective. in the treatment group more effective than the control group. the total efficiency of the treatment group was 93.3% while the total effective rate of the control group was 40% ,the treatment group with symptoms effective rate was 93.3%, while the control group with symptoms effective rate was 36.7%, by statistical analysis (P﹤0.01) difference between the two groups was statistically significant . There are no obvious adverse events in the treatment for two groups of patients.Conclusion: Liver Tongqiao soup Decoction intravenous Shuxuening effective treatment of sudden deafness and its associated symptoms, its efficacy was superior to the efficacy of Shuxuening group. Deaf patients with mild to moderate significantly better than those with moderate to severe. Treatment time less than 3 days were significantly better than those Treatment time in 3-7days and 8-30 days.
