Clinical Observation Of Reinforcing Kidney And Activating Blood Cycle Therapy Treating Stage â… -â…¡ Of Endometriosis-induced Infertility After Hysteroscope And Laparoscopy

Objective:This research is about using re inforcing kidney and activating blood therapyto cure stage I-II of endometriosis-induced infertility with the type of kidney asthenia with blood stasis after Hysteroscope and Laparoscope.Then analysis the rate of pregnancy, improvements of TCM symptoms and the effect of menalgia, The clinical efficacy of the reinforcing kidney and activating blood cycle method to this disease was preliminary evaluated.Material and methods:Select 48 cases who has been in hysteroscope and laparoscope surgery,and diagnosed as stage I-II of endometriosis-induced infertility of patients, then choose the inclusion criteria of the objects who were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group with 24 cases. Treatment group were treated by reinforcing kidney and activating blood cycle therapy, control group were treated by expectant treatment. To observe the patients, the rate of pregnancy, improvements of TCM symptoms and the effect of menalgia after treatment six months, then to conduct statistical analysis and evaluate the efficacy of various methods.Results:1.After 6 menstrual cycles, The treatment group contained 22 patients, and the pregnant rate is 50.00%, which 11 cases were pregnant. The control group contained 20 patients; the pregnant rate is 35.00%, which 7 cases were pregnant. Between the two groups, the pregnancy rate of treatment group was not significan the control treatment group (P>0.05)。2. After 6 menstrual cycles, The treatment group of total TCM symptoms effective rate is 90.91%, The control group of total TCM symptoms effective rate is 65.00%, Between the two groups, the total TCM symptoms effective rate of treatment group was higher than the control treatment group (P<0.05).3. After 6 menstrual cycles, The treatment group of total effective menalgia rate is 81.81%, The control group of total effective menalgia rate is 37.50%, Between the two groups, the total effective menalgia rate of treatment group was higher than the control treatment group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Reinforcing kidney and activating blood cycle therapy to cure stage I-II of endometriosis induced infertility,it is more superior than expectant treatment in TCM syndromes and menalgia of patients. Whether it could improve the pregnancy rates, still needs to be confirmed by further study, which should be expanded sample size and extended observation time.
