Objective:Explore Kang'ai Injection combined with intraperitoneal chemotherapy on thymidine kinase 1 (TK1) expression, and Evaluation the Toxicity. Methods:Sixty Patients with advanced gastric Caneer were divided into treating group and controlled group. Each group 30 Patients.Treating group:Kang'ai Injection combined with intraperitoneal chemotherapy and Surgery. Controlled group:Intraperitoneal chemotherapy and Surgery. Immunohistochemistry SP method detected pre-and postoperative samples, the expression of thymidine kinase 1.and Evaluation the Toxicity.Results:TK1 expression in gastric cancer patients was significantly higher than healthy group,Experimental group and control group patients TK1 expression in tumor tissue compared with the preoperative lower, Are statistically significant difference (P<0.05), After surgery the experimental group and control group,TKl expression in tumor tissue in patients with low compared,no statistically significant difference (P>0.05),The incidence of adverse reactions in patients, the experimental group after chemotherapy bone marrow suppression, liver damage and gastrointestinal reactions was significantly lower than the control group, both with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 Intraperitoneal chemotherapy.before surgery allows tumor TK1 expression was significantly reduced, indicating that its operation in the prevention of gastric cancer metastasis and postoperative recurrence of iatrogenic positive effect.2 Kang'ai Injection in clinical application security, intraperitoneal chemotherapy with Kang'ai Injection can reduce the toxicity of intraperitoneal chemotherapy, intraperitoneal chemotherapy can reduce the bone marrow, liver damage, and abdominal pain and other side effects.
