Objective To observe the impact of Xiao Chai Hu Tang to the patients' bile components (cholesterol, bile acids, phospholipids, bilirubin) and serum cytokines (IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-a, IFN-r) with liver qi stagnation after biliary tract surgery, and the relationship between the two.Methods A randomized controlled clinical trial method,31 consistent with cholecystolithiasis and common bile duct stones after Western diagnostic criteria for liver and gallbladder qi TCM is based diagnostic criteria were divided into two groups. Prescription Medicines:Xiao Chai Hu Tang (Chai Hu 8g, Huang Qin 12g, Jin Qiancao 18g, Yu Jin 12g, Ji Neijin 12g, Fu Lin 12g, Qin-Chen Pi (each) 10g,Jiang Banxia 12g, Zhi Ke 12g, Shan Zha 12g, Chi-Bai Shao (each) 12g, Dang Gui 12g, Mang Xiao 5g, Da Zao 15g, Sheng Jiang 15g, Zhi Gancao 6g), made of traditional Chinese medicine preparation package started one week after the operation 50ml to give early and late each a bag of traditional Chinese medicine preparation package,30 consecutive days; control group:the week after biliary tract surgery began with warm water to drink a cup of morning and evening, for a month. Biochemical analyzer were used during and after a week, three weeks, five weeks of testing bile composition; by flow cytometry bead array technique (CBA) were the day before surgery and after one week, three weeks, five weeks of testing in patients with cytokines.Results Medicines metabolism in bile relative to the control group to increase bile acid concentration, after the third week, the fifth week were significantly different (P<0.01); can reduce the total bilirubin and free bilirubin, compared to the third week in control group was statistically significant (P<0.05), after the fifth week were significantly different (P<0.01). In terms of the Medicines compared cytokine IL-6 in the control group after the fifth week, TNF-a in the third week after surgery were significantly different (P<0.05), IL-10 was statistically the third week after differences (P<0.05).Conclusion 1. The study confirms Xiao Chai Hu Tang can be effectively regulated in bile cholesterol, bile acid, phospholipid content and ratio, thereby inhibiting the formation of gallstones, which may be Xiao Chai Hu Tang to prevent gallstone formation, the main mechanism for the development of one; 2. Xiao Chai Hu Tang on the metabolism of bilirubin has obvious regulatory role, may be related to regulation of endogenous and exogenous (3-Gase, reduced levels of free bilirubin, thereby inhibiting the courage primality stones related to the occurrence and development; 3. Xiao Chai Hu Tang immunomodulatory effects, can be on in the inflammatory response and reduce the proinflammatory cytokines IL-2, IL-6, TNF-αlevels and IL-10 level of protection of the body, regulate body cytokine network balance and maintain a moderate inflammatory response, thereby protecting the liver and bile duct cell function; 4. Xiao Chai Hu Tang may be by regulating the balance of cytokines to promote the synthesis and secretion of bile acids.
