The Study Of Disease-Location Characteristics And Basic Syndrome In Liver System

This project clarifies the concept of TCM Liver System and presents the physiological function, pathological characteristics, etiology, pathogenesis and current research on this system. Besides, the syndrome element character of its disease-location and basic syndrome are investigated. And the main research method of this study is document survey. By systematically searching the correlated content in Chinese Medical Classics, collecting modern literatures in TCM academic journal, TCM syndrome monograph, TCM textbooks and famous doctors' medical record,990 relative medical records and clinical reports are chosen. At the same time, 1011 medical cases are randomly selected from TCM Hospital of Jiangsu Province. The mentioned material is analyzed respectively. Then syndrome element character on disease-location and basic syndrome of liver system are preliminarily determined. In addition, more than 20 representative experts majored in TCM diagnosis are consulted, so that the authority and standardization of the result can be realized. In the end, basic syndrome features of liver system are determined, which conclud main symptom, minor symptom and changes on tongue and pulse, the correlation between basic syndrome and laboratory test result are also researched.basic syndrome refers to the syndrome composed of simple disease -location and disease-character. The research on basic syndrome is the basis of complicated syndrome, for all complicated syndromes are made of simple syndrome. And compound syndrome are frequently observed in the clinic, therefore, the research on basic syndrome is significant. Since disease-location and disease -character is the basic organization unit of syndrome, the two key elements are mastered, the essence of disease can be mastered, and furthermore, the flexible and dynamic syndrome can be mastered. Syndrome element differentiation focuses on the principle of differentiating syndrome from signs and symptoms. Guidened by the organic organization of disease-location and disease character, almost different kinds of complicated syndromes can be covered, so both the systematicness, expansibility of syndrome differentiation and specificity and stabilization of syndrome are fully embodied. Thus, the obtaining and recognition of characteristics on disease -location and disease -character of five-zang basic syndrome can disclose the basic regularity and principle of syndrome differentiation, especially its great practical value on clinical practice.
