Clinical Study Of Treatment To Mid-advanced Colorectal Cancer Use Prescription Of Strengthening And Consolidating Body Resistance Combined FOLFOX4 Regimen

Objective:based upon the chemotherapy treatment,to observe the effect of strengthening healthy qi to consolidate constitution on the life-quality of the patients suffering the colorectal cancer in the mid-late period;evaluate the comprehensive effect preliminarily tc provide the clinical evidence for the research of colorectal cancer by Chinese medicine.Methods:we select 40 qualified cases and divide into treatment group and control group randomly. For the treatment group, we combine the strengthening healthy qi to consolidate constitution(with one dose of decoction each day for 8 weeks) and FOLFOX4 chemotherapy(oxaliplatin cisplatin 85mg/m2 ivgtt2h dl;calcium folinate 200mg/(m2 d)ivgtt dl,2; 5-FU 400mg/m2 ivgti dl,2;5-FU600mg/m2 civ22h dl,2) for four periods and 2 weeks a period.FOLFOX4 chemotherapy for control group alone. After 2 periods,we compare the change of symptoms,life quality,objective effect,serum tumor marker before and after the chemotherapy as well as the side effects and then do the statistic analysis.Result:The treatment group has the obvious advantages in relieving the clinical symptoms like the abdominal pain,hematochezia,aversion to cold,cold limbs,back pain,nausea and vomiting(p<0.05) rather than improving the recently objective effect and reducing the value of serum CEA(p>0.05). There is no statistic significance on the toxic and adverse effect.Conclusion::Strengthening healthy qi to consolidate constitution combined with the FOLFOX4 chemotherapy for the treatment of colorectal cancer can improve the symptoms and life quality effectively and relieve the toxic and adverse effects.
