The Clinical Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Yihuangsan In The Treamnet Ofacute Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and the adverse reactions of Yi Huang San and discuss its mechanism by observing patients with rheumatoid arthritis the clinical symptoms and indicators of changes in the laboratory before and after treatment.Methods:All 60 cases those were collected from orthopedic department of Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of TCM and 211 Hospital were randomly divided into two groups including treated group 30 cases and contrastive group 30cases. Yi Huang San was used in treated group,Jin Wu Gu Tong Capsule was used in contrastive group,then to compare the two groups before and after treatment in some clinical symptom score change differences.Results:After the two groups of patients with the treament of joint pain,swelling,ChenJiang and other symptoms and signs integral index have different levels of change,at the same time the two groups can reduce the ESR,CRP and other laboratory indicators,in the course of treatment had no significant adverse effectsConclusion:1,Yi Huang San have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.2,Yi Huang San can reduce the joint index in the treatment of acute rheumatoid arthritis.3,Yi Huang San can reduce the inflammation index4,Yi Huang San can improve syndrome,without obvious bad effects,safe and effective.
