Clinical Study On Myelo-suppression Of Marrow-invigorating Hematopoietic Soup In Post-lung Cancer Operation Chemotherapy

Purpose:With"the method of invigorating qi, nourishing blood, strengthening spleen and warming kidney"as the main line, observed in TCM compound caused cancer chemotherapy inhibit bone marrow, and the role of quality of life for cancer patients, thin fluence of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for confirming lowering chemotherapy side-effect, improve the quality of life of the patients, improve the advantage of clinical symptoms, etc.Method: Using randomized controlled method, the period of 60 patients with chemotherapy patients, randomly divided into two groups, including the treatment group ( Combined chemotherapy of marrow-invigorating hematopoietic soup), 30 cases in control group ( Combined chemotherapy of yang xue yin kou fu ye). Conventional chemotherapy, continuous observation 2 cycle. The treatment group in chemotherapy before 3 days give birth and marrow liquid form water frying uniform, daily 1 agent. Compare two groups of patients in bone marrow inhibition degree, quality of life, TCM symptoms improve aspects, etc.Result: (1) The peripheral blood changes before and after the treatment as comparative: treatment group each index after chemotherapy peripheral blood like significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05). (2) The TCM symptoms improved compared: Clinical syndrome treatment group got 17 cases, 10 cases were effective in 3 cases, invalid, the total effective rate was 90%; The control group got clinical syndrome, 5 cases, effective in 15 cases, invalid 10 cases, the total effective rate was 66%. Compared with the control group (P < 0.05). (3) The life quality comparison: compared between the two groups QLQ integral improvement in quality of life, the treatment group than total score has obvious improvement in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1) Through the method of invigorating qi, nourishing blood, strengthening spleen and warming kidney and method, can significantly reduce chemotherapy adverse reaction, improve the quality of life of patients with cancer, improve the clinical sympt-oms. (2)Further shows the tumor therapy is needs a variety of treatments, traditional Chinese medicine and in organic combination of chemotherapy can significantly imp-rove the quality of life of the patients, improve the curative effect; (3) Malignant tumors in improving TCM clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life has obvious advantage cancer patients, the treatment of TCM and change, want to notice the joint application to radiotherapy maximum improve the clinical effect.
