This is my master degree research work, reports chemical constituts of the fruits of Rubus chingii Hu. Through a variety of extraction methods and techniques, such as D101 macroporous resin column, Saphadex LH- 20 chromatography, silica gel chromatography, MCI and other chromatography column. From the fruits of the plant,21 compounds were isolated and identified, among them, flavonoids, terpenoids, sterides, phenolic acids, and saccharide were the main constituents.To characterize the bioactive constituents responsible for the traditional function, this paper deals with the comprehensive studies on the chemical compounds from R. chingii.21 compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the fruits. Their structures were determined mainly on the basis of physicochemical and spectral data and identified as kaempferol (1), astragalin (2), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucuronic acid methyl ester (3), kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside (4), tiliroside (5), isoquercitrin (6), rutin (7), phlorizin (8),β-sitosterol (9),β-stigmasterol (10), daucosterol (11), ursolic acid (12), nigaichigoside F1 (13), euscaphic acid (14),2a,19α-dihydroxy-3-oxo-12-ursen-28-oic acid (15), goshonoside-F5 (16), gallic acid (17), methyl brevifolincar-boxylate (18), glucose (19), methyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (20) and palmitic acid (21). Compounds 4,7,8,13,15,18 and 20 were isolated from the plant for the first time, and compound 13 was found in genus of Rubus firstly.In Chapter Two, we summaried the research progress on the the chemical compounds and pharmacology of R. chingii. Flavonoids and terpenoids were the main chemical constituents. The researchment of the bioactivity focused on the adjustment function of the reproductive system, anti-oxidation, anti-aging, anti-tumor and anti-mutagenesis. |
