The Research Of Clinical Application On The Stent Implants Of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Objective:To observe the long-term effect of the treatment of benign prostate hypertrophy (BPH) with Nickel-titanium shape-memory alloy net-like stent and make sure the best distance between the stent and sacculeMethods:Nickel-titanium shape-memory alloy net-like stent was used to treat 65patients with BPH. A retrograde analysis of 65 BPH cases treated with Different sizes of Nickel-titanium shape-memory alloy net-like stent is done, in which 15 cases with sizel,38 cases with size2 and 12 cases with size3.Results:A total of 65 cases were found with good long-term effect, effective rate 73.9%(sizelstent group 60%, size2 stent group 92.1% and size3 stent group 33.3%).Conclusion:The differences among three groups were statistically significant.size2 stent long-term effect for the treatment of BPH is better than other two sizes. It can be used as a safe, effective therapy for BPH patients with high operative risk.
