Objective: 1,To investigate correlation analysis between high-sensitive C -reactive protein , homocysteine and deep venous thrombosis (DVT) , and explore the effect of occurrence and development of inflammation and high homocysteine in DVT .2,TO study value of combined detection of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP), D-dimer (D-dimer) and homocysteine (homocysteine, Hcy) in prognosticating deep venous thrombosis in the patients of DVT.3,To analyse clinic monitoring significance of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP), D-dimer (D-dimer) levels in the interventional treatment of DVT .Methods :80 cases with DVT in our department from November 2009 to October 2010 were collected for the case group, and all patients were divided into acute stage ,subacute stage and chronic stage accordiong to time of disease and peripheral type, central type and mixed type according to pathological type. The author established a control group using 80 cases of out-patient clinic without DVT.Blood sampling time is on 1d,3d,5d,7d,10,14d and the morning of leaving hospital in 54 cases who were used intervention therapy in the case group with surgical indications. All of cases monitor serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP), D-dimer (D-dimer) and homocysteine (homocysteine, Hcy). Results: 1. DVT is rare in the young individuals and becomes more common with advancing age.2. The most common site of venous thrombosis was the left lower limb. 3. The levels of serum Hs-CRP and Hcy in DVT group are higher than control group (P < 0. 05) and have significant difference, positive rate of D-dimer is higher than control group (P < 0. 05) and have significant difference. The levels of Hs-CRP and D-Dimer decrease from acute stage to chronic phase and increase from pathological type to mixed type. There are not significant difference to the types and phases in the level of Hcy.4. The levels of D-Dimer and Hs-CRP in patients with thrombolytic therapy are significantly increased, and with the improvement of symptoms D-Dimer and Hs-CRP levels are gradually declining. When leaving hospital it almost became normalized.5. Hcy level is related to Hs-CRP level(r=0.605, P<0.01). Hs-CRP level is related to D-dimer level(r=0.434, P<0.01).There is no relationship between Hcy and D-dimer(r=0.078, P=0.644). Logistic-regression analysis indicates that Hcy and Hs-CRP are the independent risk factor for DVT.Conclusion :1. The results of this study suggest that:DVT is the frequent disease in the deep venous thrombosis, which is rare in the young individuals and becomes more frequent with advancing age. The most common site of venous thrombosis was the left lower limb.2. The inflammation and HHcy might be independent risk factors of DVT.3. The levels of Hs-CRP and D-Dimer decrease from acute stage to chronic phase and increase from pathological type to mixed type. There are no significant difference to the types and phases in the levels of Hcy.4. In clinical thrombolytic therapy we can monitor the D-Dimer,Hs-CRP after 4-5 day.According to the level of D-Dimer,Hs-CRP we can adjust the dosage of thrombolytic.
