| Objective To research the correlation between the multi-slice CT (multi-slice spiral computed tomography, MSCT) lung volume index and lung pulmonary function (PFT) index; explore to use MSCT judging the feasibility in hemi-lung function and lobe of lung function.Methods 30 patients diagnosed with COPD by clinician (case of a particular disease group), and 34 people were normal who were checked-up by PFT and chest MSCT (control group).the two sets subjects carry out the examination of total lung volume by PFT and MSCT (final deep inhale end and final deep exhale end), and measure needed lung capacity index and PFT index. Judging the differences of MSCT index between case of a particular disease group and control group; to analyze the correlation between MSCT lung capacity index and the PFT index; To use the hand-made method to measure the hemi-lung volume and the lobe of lung volume, EV and EI; the sum total EI of the lobes of the lungs compared with the EI of the total lung, and the EI of left lung add right lung compared with the EI of the total lung, then pass the EI of hemi-lung and the lobe of lung to research the hemi-lung function and the lobe of lung function. All data were denoted with (mean±standard deviation), size of test (a = 0.05), inspection standards have the statistical significance (P < 0.05).Results 1,MSCT lung volume index had the statistical significance (P<0.05) between the case of a particular disease group and the control group, each volume index in the case of a particular disease group are higher than those in the control group; MSCT lung capacity index and the PFT index had marked correlation(P<0.05).2,Both the sum total EI of the lobes of the lungs compared with the EI of the total lung, and the EI of left lung add right lung compared with the EI of the total lung, did not have obviously differences, make clear that the EI of hemi-lung and the lobe of lung could evaluate the degree of the hemi-lung emphysema and the lobe of lung emphysema.Conclusions 1,MSCT total lung volume index and the lobe of lung volume index all had the significant deviation between the case of a particular disease group and the control group, to explain that MSCT can be used to diagnose COPD in the total lung and the lobe of lung. 2,MSCT lung volume index and the PFT index had good correlation, so that MSCT lung capacity index can be used for clinical evaluation of lung function.; The EI of each lobe of lung had notable correlation with the PFT index in final deep inhale end and final deep exhale end, to explain that the EI of each lobe of lung can be used as an auxiliary examination method judging each lobe of lung function. 3,Both the sum total EI of the lobes of the lungs compared with the EI of the total lung, and the EI of left lung add right lung compared with the EI of the total lung, did not have significant differences, make clear that the EI of hemi-lung and the lobe of lung could evaluate the status of the total lung emphysema, so EI of the hemi-lung and EI of each lobe of lung can evaluate the hemi-lung function and each lobe of lung function indirectly. |
