Objective:This study intends to observe the efficacy of Bu Zhong Yi Qi PILL to cancer related fatigue which is belong to the type of Spleen Qi deficiency, and this study will offer a kind of Chinese medicine treatment to reduce CRF.Methods:45 cases who were incorporated into the standards were divided into with the machine 2 groups establish to cure set with blank matched control:23 cases of Bu Zhong Yi Qi PILL and conventional therapy (treatment group); 22 cases of conventional treatment group (control group), The cancer patients assessed the status of their own self-fatigue scale through a brief (brlef fratigue inventory, BFI), and the doctor made an evaluation to the patients with the deficiency of spleen-Qi, observed score changes after two courses of treatment to assess the effects of the strengthen the middle warmer and benefiting vital energy method on cancer patients with CRF conditions objective All data used for statistical analysis SPSS13.0.Results:There were no shed off case and adverse drug reaction in all 45 cases, The fatigue score and the deficiency of spleen-Qi score were no significant difference between two groups of CRF patients (P>0.05), There were no significant difference to the fatigue score and the deficiency of spleen-Qi score for tumors with different stages and ages; The different chemotherapy regimens can affect the deficiency of spleen-Qi score, but there is not statistically significant, and there is statistical significance for the fatigue score with different chemotherapy regimens; It appear during the chemotherapy process disgusted, vomit the symptom all compare and did not appear this symptom the tired grade point is high, the different has the covariance learns the meaning, After two course of treatment, treatment group the efficient of CRF was 73.9%, and the efficient of the deficiency of spleen-Qi was 82.6%, compared to the control group, there is significant differences in clinical efficacy (P<0.05)Conclusion:The Bu Zhong Yi Qi pill has obvious therapeutic effect on the cancer related fatigue with the deficiency of spleen-Qi, can expand to used for CRF with the deficiency of spleen-Qi. and also for go deep in to open the exhibition Chinese medicine to cancer and provide the way of thinking for research the relativity paroxysm.
