| ObjectiveTo explore the influence of high quality care to patients with double J ureteral catheterMethodsRandomly selecting 60 cases in 2010.11-2011.8 postoperative placing double J ureteral catheter (There are no preoperative urinary infections). Using the stochastic method to divide it into two groups,namely the experimental group and the control group. And high quality care were carry out to experimental group while Routine care were used to control group. And we explore the influence of high quality care a to patients with double J ureteral catheter through observing the complication ,pain score, the quality of life score and satisfaction of patients with double J ureteral catheter.ResultsThe complication of experiment group is obviously lower than controlled group(P<0.05).And the pain scores of group with high quality caring is lower than controlled group(P<0.05), there exist significant differences between experimental group and the control group.The physical and psychological effects to experiment group is lower than controlled group(P<0.05). Life quality scale were used to analysis the life quality of experimental group and the control group,and we found the life quality of experimental group is significantly better than the control group.Also Patients with high quality caring had higher satisfaction.ConclusionThrough the high quality nursing service can be cut down obviously the postoperative discomfort,and complications of patients with double J ureteral catheter,and reduce the patients with pain,improve the quality of life of the patients with double J ureteral catheter. |
