| With the transformation of medical pattern from "biological medicine" to "biological-psychological-social medicine", the mode of nursing has changed from "disease-centered" to "patient-centered" accordingly. More awareness to establish a good relationship with the importance of armor has been aroused. In recent years, with the economic and social development, continuous reform of social medical treatment system, constant revising and improvement of the relevant laws and regulations, people's values, autonomy and the consciousness of legal rights have experienced dramatic changes, people's expectations on the quality of care are much higher than before. The nurse-patient relationship becomes increasingly tense due to a variety of factors.This paper selects 250 nurses from different departments of two three level of first-class hospital in Dalian as research objects to analyze the nurses'communicative ability and the present nurse-patient relationship. Through the study of nurses'communicative ability, this paper discusses its correlation with the nurse-patient relationship and further explores the influential factors responsible for nurse-patient relationship. Reasonable efforts are needed to provide effective theoretical basis for the department of health and hospitals, nursing managers as well as frontline clinical nursing staff to further improve the tense nurse-patient relationship, formulate relevant policies and regulations and improve the corresponding measures.An assessment questionnaire on nurse-patient communicative skills is employed in this paper for a formal investigation. After recollecting the questionnaire, statistics software of SPSS 11.5 was used for data analysis. The analysis methods include T test, analysis of variance and descriptive frequency analysis, etc.This research is in the hope of achieving guiding significance for the improvement of nurses'communicative skills, meanwhile providing effective methods and corresponding solutions to improve the undesirable nurse-patient relationship for the related department, management personnel and clinical nurses, so as to improve the communicative ability of nursing staff and construct harmonious nurse-patient relationship. |
