The Optimization Program Of Quality Management System For Henan Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital

With the economic and social development, the people's need for public medical services are growing fast. Meanwhile,as we have accessed into the WTO,our country's medical institutions will attract more capital, technology and advanced management methods from all over the world to develop a new pattern of medical service system which existed both with diverse forms of ownership, operation and fair competition.finally,the competition among the hospitals will be stronger day by day. LuoYang Orthopedic Hospital which the paper researched is a traditional Chinese orthopedic hospital which had more than two hundred years of history.A hospital's vitality and competitiveness comes from the hospital's quality management which was the roots of the hospital's survival and development.As a specialist hospital, how to obtain and maintain competitive advantage, developing core competitiveness under the guidance of the international hospital management standard (JCI),combining with the hospital's purpose and to further optimize and improve the actual hospital quality management system has a very important research significance.Based on a review of hospital quality management theory and research of international standard for hospital management,the study collected the hospital quality data compared the LuoYang orthopedic hospital with the international ones,using the quality analysis tools and quality improvement methods, assessing the current situation of the LuoYang orthopedic hospital quality managemenon find out the existed problems of this hospital.Then,according to the JCI standards, combined with the ongoing International hospital quality certification program, proposed the improvement proposals for the hospital's quality management system.Besides, when the hosptial are processing the dynamic improvement depending on the JCI standard,trying to optimize and improve of the quality management system program at the same time in order to provide the better protection to the patients and improve hospital efficiency and social benefits.The pursuit of excellent hospital quality is a never-ending process, under the guidance of JCI, the hospital quality management will be improved again and again but never stop. This paper try to explore and seek solutions for the hospital's practical problem. In addition, the results of this study can give practical guidance for the hospital to run under the international the hospital quality management standards. In a word,I expect the paper can contribute to the hospital's quality management have more far-reaching development.
