Objective: Compare and observe the efficacy of different minidose sufentanil and fentanyl assisted by propofol for aponia colonoscopy. Methods: 200 patients undergoing aponia colonoscopy were randomly divided into two groups of 100 patients each, Group S: sufentanil and propofol; Group F: fentanyl and propofol. Anesthesia was induced with sufentanil 0.1ug/kg and fentanyl 1ug/kg intravenously in each group, 3min followed by propofol 2mg/kg was given intravenously within 30 sec. colonoscope was inserted when lose consciousness. Additional propofol 0.5mg/kg~~1.0mg/kg was given by limbs movement and eyelash reflex. The anesthesia stopped by ileocecal valve reached HR, SBP, DBP, SPO2, duration of action, recovery time, operation time, propofol dosage and side-effect were continuously recorded. Results: colonoscopy was successfully performed. There was no complication occurred in both groups by follow up. The duration of action, general reaction of patients, propofol dosage in group S were lesser than those in group F(P<0.05). The operation time remain no difference between two groups. MAP was decreased apparently in both group compared with preinduction(P<0.05). Spo2 was no obvious changed during colonoscopy in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: sufentanil and fentanyl assisted by propofol provides effective analgesia, lower dosage, fast consciousness recovery and adverse reaction, minimal respiratory depression in colonoscopy.
