[Objective]:To explore the influence of immune- enhanced enteral nutrition during the perioperative period on nutritional status and immunological function in patients with colorectal carcinoma.[Methods]:sixty nine patients with colorectal carcinoma were randomly average divided into three groups: experimental group A, experimental group B and experimental group C. Group A was given Preoperative and postoperative inmune-enhanced enteral diet; Group B was given postoperative inmune-enhanced enteral diet; Group C was given postoperative routine enteral nutrition support; The nutritional status and immune function in the patients of each group were measured at preoperative and postoperative day1 and postoperative day9.[Results]:At the first postoperative day, the level of ALB,TRF,CD4+andCD4/CD8 of group A was much higher than that of group B and group C, the level of IL-6 of group A was lower than that of group B and group C. At the nine postoperative day, the level of ALB of group A was still much higher than that of group B and group C; the level of TRF,CD4+,CD4/CD8 of group A and group B was much higher than that of group C, and the level of IL-6 was lower than that of group C. The difference between each group has statistical significance(P<0.05orP<0.01).[Conclusion]:Immune–enhanced enteral nutrition during perioperative period can improve the nutritional status and enhance cellular immune function, and reduce the inflammatory response in patients with colorectal carcinoma.
