| 0bjective To analyze the clinical features of influenza A (H1N1) viral pneumonia.Methods The clinical data of 58 patients with influenza A (H1N1)viral pneumonia in our hospital from 2009.10.31 to 2010.1.15 were collected . The severe cases, age, underlying diseases,respiratory symptoms,imaging data,and prognosis were analyzed retrospectivelyResults The clinical features of 58 patients included as below: high fever , coughing with white mucus sputum , respiratory failure in severe cases, chest X-ray or chest CT scan showed patchy,consolidation or ground-glass opacity in lung.20 cases had severe pneumonia,4 cases developed ARDS,4 cases with MODS, 3 cases were died. The treatment was mainly with Oseltamivir and corticosteroids and performed mechanical ventilation if necessarily .Conclusion The patients with high fever, cough, white blood cells count normal or decreased during epidemic season and imaging findings showed multiple or patchy ground glass opacities in both lungs. We should highly suspect of influenza H1N1 influenza pneumonia. The definite diagnosis could be made after Influenza A (H1N1) viral nucleic acid was detected.Oseltamivir was the preferred antiviral drugs. The key to improve the prognosis and reduce mortality was to make a diagnosis and treat the influenza A (H1N1) viral pneumonia as soon as possible. |
