Retrospective Studies Of Artificial Hip Replacement Treatment Of Femoral Neck Fractures In The Elderly

Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect, postoperative complications and Prevention of artificial femoral head prosthetic replacement and total hip replacement.Methods:A total of 65 patients with apparent displacement aging femoral neck fractures were assigned to two groups randomized:Femoral head prosthetic replacement group and total hip replacement group.25 cases were in Femoral head prosthetic replacement group, the other were in total hip replacement group. Length of Stay, operation time, intraoperative blood volume, blood transfusion volume, time to get out of bed, function of hip joint, postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Operation time of femoral head prosthetic replacement group was obviously shorter than that of total hip replacement group (P<0.05). Also there was less intraoperative blood volume in femoral head prosthetic replacement group (P<0.05). We did 21 months follow up, fineness rate of total hip replacement group was much higher than femoral head prosthetic replacement group (P< 0.05), and the postoperative complications incidence rate of total hip replacement group was obviously lower than femoral head prosthetic replacement group (P <0.05).Conclusion:The clinical therapeutic effect of total hip replacement group is much better than femoral head prosthetic replacement group's. But operation time of this operation is obviously longer than the later, intraoperative blood volume is more than that of femoral head prosthetic replacement group. So we should select proper operation for evevy pationt according to their specific condition.
