Observation Of Immu-Serological Index Of HSP Patient Have Mixed Type Constitutive Characters

Objective: To observe the variation character of three type HSP patient that mixd type of Heyi-Xila,Badagan-Xila and Badagan- Heyi's immu-serological index that lgA,IgG,IgM,IgE,CD4+T,CD8+T,CD4+T/CD8+T,IL-2,IL-4,IL-5,IL-6, before and after treatment.Method:The each experimental groups choose 30 patient that complied with a taking in standard and in keeping with three constitutive character. The control groups choose 30 normal person corresponding to each constitutive character's patients.The patient take 4ml blood before the meal,separate the serum and refrigerate into the sub-60℃icebox.We survey The value of IgA,IgG,IgM,IgE,CD4+T,CD8+T,CD4+T/CD8+T,IL-2,IL-4,IL-5,IL-6 through Eliasa.We compare with the three control groups,the three experimental group that pre treatment and after treatment.We contrast to the control and experimental group's per treatment corresponding to each constitutive character. Compare among the experimental group that corresponding to each constitutive character,pre-treatment and after-treatment.The patients takes blood twice,pre treatment(0day±2day) and after treatment 14day±2day). The control group takes blood once.Result:The mixed type of Heyi-xila's,Badagan-Xila's and Badagan-Heyi's patient that complied with a taking in standard were 29 cases,9 cases and leases. It's constituent ratio was 72.5%,22.5%,5% respectively. Owing to laking of the mixed type of Badagan-Heyi's cases, we never did statistical analysis. The normal person of experimental group in keeping with above two constitutive character were 27 cases and 26cases.The statistical results indicated that: It have a significant difference in CD4+T,CD8+T between normal Heyi-xila and Badagan-Xila,P< 0.01. The mixed type of Badagan-Xila's value greater than Heyi-xila's; It have a significant difference in IgA,IgM,IL-2,IL-4 between normal Heyi-xila and the control group of Heyi-xila(pre treatment),P< 0.05. The experimental group of Heyi-xila's value less than normal Heyi-xila's. It have a significant difference in IgG,CD8+T(P< 0.05); IgA,IgM,IgE,CD4+T,IL-5,IL-6 (P<0.01)between normal Badagan -xila and the experimental group of Badagan -xila(pre treatment). The experimental group of Badagan -xila' s value less than normal Badagan -xila's.the experimental group's immune index of Heyi-xila and Badagan -xila that pre and after treatment has't differences. The same to among the groups. (P>0.05)Conclusion:the person that had constitutive character of Heyi-xila is liable to HSP.It maybe have business with the low side of CD8+T,CD4+T; Comparing with normal Heyi-xila in the matter of immunology, the Heyi-xila's immunologial character was reduction of IgA,IgM,IL-2,IL-4; Comparing with normal Badagan -xila in the matter of immunology.The Badagan -xila patient's immunologial character was reduction of IgA,IgM,IgE,CD4+T,IL-5,IL-6.
