| Objective:To measure the proximal humeri morphology of Chinese on CT MPR image,and provide the evidence on the prevention and treatment of shoulder diseases. Methods: 60 cases (120 sides) of adult proximal humeri CT scans were reconstructed, the Neck shaft angel(NSA), Retroversion angel(RA), Radius of curvature(ROC),Articular surface diameter (ASD) were measured. Results: The total Neck shaft angel was (128.43±6.24)°, of which male was (127.76±6.62)°and female was (129.02±5.76)°. The total Retroversion angel was (24.13±12.23)°, of which male was(27.48±11.74)°and female was(21.20±11.91)°.The ROC-CV was(2.20±0.30)cm, of which male was(2.33±0.31)cm and female was(2.09±0.23)cm. The ROC-AV was(2.08±0.24)cm, of which male was(2.19±0.28)cm and female was(1.98±0.19)cm. The FBD was (4.23±0.37)cm, while male was(4.34±0.45)cm and female was(4.13±0.29)cm. The SBD was(3.98±0.32)cm, of which male was(4.19±0.38)cm and female was(3.79±0.21)cm. Of the above data, there were statistical differences in the ASD,ROC,RA between men and women(P<0.05), Chinese and foreigners(P<0.05). There were statistical differences in the RA between the left and right sides(P<0.05).Conclusion: There are differences in proximal humeri morphology between men and women, Chinese and foreigners. Compared with simply using overseas data, it is better to study morphological parameters of native proximal humeri to instruct the preoperative preparation and operation of national total shoulder arthroplasty surgery. And it is meaningful to design national parameters. |
