249 Cases The Incidence Of Birth Defects In Children With Risk Factors Of Investigation And Analysis

Birth defects is due to various adverse factors, the normal process of embryonic development occurs in the cause of congenital disorder or abnormal morphology or physiological dysfunction (not including birth injury caused by an exception). These defects include not only babies born (live births), also included in the miscarriage, stillbirth, the defects; can occur in appearance, can be diagnosed with the naked eye, but also the internal structure of the abnormal performance, need to rely on special techniques to diagnosis; can single, but also can be multiple. Some very minor exceptions, have little effect on the body, some are very serious, can result in death or permanent disability. Some birth defects in infants born to find, and some time after birth in order to be found (such as mental retardation).Birth defects in children, illness, disability and death, has become the primary importance of public health problems. In China, children born about the year of birth defects in the total population of 4% -6% . Cause birth defects in the fetus or infant are many and complex reasons, the currently accepted cause birth defects for two main reasons, first, genetic factors (25%), and second, external factors (including physical, chemical and biological factors). These two factors, coupled with birth defects of unknown causes accounted for 65%, and most of the interaction of genetic factors and environmental factors.Purpose:This article aims to explore the Changchun 2008-2010 birth defects in the distribution of three questions, analysis and discussion of several major birth defects caused by teratogenic risk factors for Changchun City in the future monitoring and prevention of birth defects and provide a theoretical basis.Methods:Handle the epidemiology research of birth defects sample material, which was from Jilin university medicine department first, second and third clinical hospital pediatrics and maternity, through spss 17.0. Logistic was used to analysis the factors, causing the birth defects and pregnant women have exposed, by oneway, multivariate statistics and calculation of the relative risk.Results:The results showed that the rate of birth defects in Changchun region is 79.87 per ten thousands in the research; the first six birth defects are total harelip, polydactyly, neural tube defects,congenital heart diseases,congenital hydrocephalu and external ear malformation; male incidence rate of birth defects is significantly higher than female; lactation birth defects of age ranging from 20 to 35 years old was higher than others; country birth defects is obviously higher than that of the town, the incidence rate of the total harelip, congenital hydrocephalus, neural tube defects were higher than the city. Birth defects related major risk factors: the risk factors of the maternal occupational exposure, residence environment pollution sources, the family inheritance history, the husband smoking etc. Birth defects protection factors: pregnancy eating vegetables, fruit and pregnancy eating milk beans. Through analysis the main risk factors of birth defects ,we found that: the risk factors of total harelip include maternal occupational exposure,enfluenza during the pregnancy,explosure to the pesticide during the pregnancy,the family inheritance history,pregnancy eating vegetables, fruit and pregnancy eating milk beans; the risk factors of neural tube defects are enfluenza during the pregnancy,the complication during pregnancy,explosure to the pesticide during the pregnancy and pregnancy eating vegetables, fruit; the risk factors of congenital heart diseases are pregnancy with chronic desease,the complication during pregnancy,explosure to the pesticide during the pregnancy; the risk factors of congenital hydrocephalu are the infection of engender system,the complication during pregnancy,the family inheritance history.Conclusion:The rate of birth defects in Changchun region is 79.87 per ten thousands in the research, the birth defects of Changchun area was low in the whole ,country birth defects is obviously higher than that of the town;The first six birth defects are total harelip, polydactyly, neural tube defects,congenital heart diseases,congenital hydrocephalu and external ear malformation;Male incidence rate of birth defects is significantly higher than female;Birth defects of age ranging from 20 to 35 years old was higher than others; The incidence rate of the total harelip, neural tube defects in country is obviously higher than that of the town, the incidence rate of polydactyly and congenital heart diseases in city is higher than that of the country;The maternal occupational exposure, residence environment pollution sources, the husband smoking is the main risk factors of birth defects.Pregnancy eating vegetables, fruit can prevent birth defects.
