| The application of surface-enhanced raman scattering(SERS) spectroscopy technology for human urine analysis was summarized. In view of the regular raman spectroscopy as the tool of urine analysis the deficiency in clinical application, the surface-enhanced raman scattering(SERS) spectroscopy technology for human urine analysis was presented. In this thesis, gold and silver colloid was used as surface enhanced raman substrate, and the results of the urine SERS spectrum were studied. Our work include that:The SERS of the urine can be measured with a great SNR incubated with gold and silver colloid. The SNR and credibility influence of the SERS spectrum of the urine samples collected in different time of the day were discussed. The SERS spectrum of different substrate of SH silver colloid and gold colloid were compared. The SERS spectrum of the creatinine and uric acid were measured. The SERS signal of different concentrations of creatinine and uric acid was analyzed by linear regression analysis respectively. Preliminary diagnosis analysis of the urine samples of the diabetics was applied with the technology of SERS and laser polarization. Our work indicated that:The use of SERS in urine ananlysis has advantages of convenient and feasible, etc. The SERS spectrum of the urine samples of the healthy people and the diabetics were distinguished well when combined with the analysis method of PCA-LDA and the technology of laser polarization. The results showed that the surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy might provide a new kind of method for the detection of urine. |
