The Influence Of Expression Of Bcl-2,Survivin Protein In Pig Spermatogenic Cells After Repairring Total Scrotum Skin Burnt To Three Degrees In A Fire With The Different Modus

Objective:To explore The influence of expression of Bcl-2,Survivin protein in pig Spermatogenic cells after repairring total Scrotum skin burnt to three degrees in a fire with the different modus and To provide experimental evidence in order to explore a type of better webpnts to repair total Scrotum skin burnt to three degrees in a fire in the early period. Methods:The Guizhou Black Small-eared Pig were used in the study. They were randomly divided into four groups:The normal group, The autogenous healing group, transplanting skin group (repairring Scrotum in the way of transplanting skin) and The flaps group (repairring Scrotum in the way of transferring skin). making the HE coloration, detecting the express of Bcl-2,Survivin protein with the method of immunohistochemistry(SABC) and the level of testosterone before Scrotal repair,at the end of three months and the end of one year when Scrotal has been repaired.the pigs in each group were fed respectively with one female pig to observing the procreation the end of months when Scrotal has been repaired.Results:The result of serum testosterone:there are not statistically significant between the level of the serum testosterone in normal group and the level of the serum testosterone in the Scrotal repair groups at the same time. (P>0.05).The result of expression of Bcl-2,Survivin:Bcl-2,Survivin protein mainly expresses in Spermatocyte and spermatozoa. there are not statistically significant about expression index of Bcl-2,Survivin during each period in normal group. (P>0.05). expression index of Bcl-2,Survivin in autogenous healing group,transplanting skin group and flaps group in the end of three months and one year reduces comparing with that in same group before Scrotal repair. (P<0.05). there are not statistically significant about expression index of Bcl-2,Survivin between the end of three months and the end of one year in the same group. (P>0.05). there is not statistically significant about expression index of Bcl-2,Survivin if every group compares with each other before Scrotal repair. (P>0.05). expression index of Bcl-2,Survivin in autogenous healing group,transplanting skin group and flaps group in the end of three months and one year reduces comparing with thats in normal group at the same time. (P<0.05). there are not statistically significant about expression index of Bcl-2 Survivin between autogenous healing group and flaps group in the end of three months and one year. (p>0.05). expression index of Bcl-2,Survivin in autogenous healing group and flaps group in the end of three months and one year reduces comparing with thats in transplanting skin group at the same time. (P<0.05). Pairing results:The female pigs of pairing with male pigs in normal group and in transplanting skin group were pregnant and procreated. there are not statistically significant about the number of porkets born between normal group and transplanting skin group. (p>0.05). The female pigs of pairing with male pigs in autogenous healing group and flaps group were not pregnant too. there are statistically significant about the number of porkets born between normal group,transplanting skin group and autogenous healing group and flaps group. (P<0.05). Conclusions repairring total Scrotum skin burnt to three degrees in a fire in the early period in the way of autogenous healing and flaps leads to destory of procreation function too. repairring in the way of transplanting skin does not lead to destory of procreation function almost. repairring in the way of transplanting skin is a type of better webpnts.
