Research Of The Different Syndrome Type Of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura To Glucocorticoid Sensitive Rate

Objective: Through the research of the different syndrome type of chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (CITP) to Glucocorticoid sensitive rate, In order to provide the theory basis and the reference of the application effect of Glucocorticoid in different syndrome type of chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (CITP).Methods: Perfect syndrome observation tabulation was made to collect the syndrome of the Chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura patients that fit for the diagnosis standard of CITP .The person in charge of the experiment divide the patients into four syndrome type according to the unified syndrome type decision criteria; Treat the patients that fit for the diagnosis standard of CITP with glucocorticoid for one month, evaluate the effect of Glucocorticoid of CITP patients in four syndrome type respectively, deal with the data in statistical method, then get the Conclusions. Result:1. 179 Patients whom fit for the diagnosis standard of CITP ,including Male 55 (30.73%),Female 124 (69.27%), Male:Female=1:2.25. The oldest is 84 year-old,and the youngest is 1 year-old.The average age was 38.45±19.21. Han nationality 139(77.65%), Hui nationality 11(6.15%), Uyghur nationality 24(13.41%),Kazak nationality 5(2.79%).2. 179 Patients whom fit for the diagnosis standard of CITP , Before glucocorticoid treated: Qi dysfunction in blood control 76(42.46%); Yin deficiency blood hot 41(22.91%); Blood stasis resistance 34(18.99%);frenetic movement of hot blood 28(15.64%).3. Patients whom fit for the diagnosis standard of CITP , After glucocorticoid treated: Effective patients125(69.83%),ineffective patients54(30.17%). Qi dysfunction in blood control :Effective patients 71(93.42%), ineffective patients5(6.58%);Yin deficiency blood hot:Effective patients 12(29.27%), ineffective patients29(70.73%); Blood stasis resistance:Effective patients 27(79.41%), ineffective patients7(20.59%); frenetic movement of hot blood:Effective patients 15(53.57%), ineffective patients13(46.43%); Conclusions:1. The application effect of Glucocorticoid to Qi dysfunction in blood control is best,: The application effect of Glucocorticoid to Blood stasis resistance the second, The application effect of Glucocorticoid to frenetic movement of hot blood the third, The application effect of Glucocorticoid to Yin deficiency blood hot is worst.2. Provide the theory basis and the reference of the application effect of glucocorticoid in different syndrome type of CITP.
