Objective:To discussing the influence of agar impression material which encounter dehydration,water,infiltrated phosphate and impurities on accuracy of phosphate's duplicating model when reproduction phosphate's model with the agar of duplicate use, in order to reducing the distortion inaccuracy of the casting and finding the preservation method of agar impression material.Methods:Select 10 test stick which length is 19.42mm,diametre is 8.64mm as standard specimen, then they were taked impression separately by the agars with encounterring absorption water,crystal,duplicate use 30 times,sunbaked and infiltrated phosphate, in order to compare with the new agar. Six groups agars were separately fused and perfused phosphate material at the same conditions, All samples were measured the length and diameter by micrometer. Analysing the linear range and the rate of chang between experimental group and control group by T test, in order to evaluation Influence of agar impression material with the different disposal method on accuracy of phosphate's duplicating modelResults:The agars which encounter absorption water,duplicate use 30 times,sunbaked have significant different to compared with the control group for accuracy of phosphate's duplicating model (p<0.05); the agar with crystal and infiltrated phosphate has not significant different to compare with the control group(p>0.05).Conclusion:The agar which encounter absorption water has significant different to compare with the control group for accuracy of phosphate's duplicating model;the agars which encounter crystal,infiltrated phosphate have not significant different to compare with the control group; the agars with encounterring appropriate absorption water and refrigeration can increase the expansibility of phosphate's duplicating model, so it is a good method of conserving the agar impression material by refrigeration; the agars with encounterring duplicate use 30 times,sunbaked can decrease the expansibility of phosphate's duplicating model, it is one of the reasons for casting frame deformation...
