| Objective:1,To study whether the levels of the serum sP-selectin , soluble platelet glycocalicin and high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) can predict the severity of CHD and provide useful information to our diagnosis and treatment of CHD.2,To study the correlation among the serum sP-selectin, soluble platelet glycocalicin and hs-CRP in patients with CHD.Methods:102 patients with coronary angiography were included in the study. Among them, 62 male patients who were 38-88(69.37±11.86)years old,40 female patients who were 49-85(63.02±10.28)years old , they were divided into acute myocardial infarction(group AMI), unstable angina pectoris (group UAP),stable angina pectoris (group SAP) and control groups according to who diagnostic standard. The levels of sP-selectin , platelet glycocalicin and high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) were measured by ELISA technique.Results:1,The levels of sP-selectin in group AMI (67.93±11.40) ng/L and group UAP(55.44±9.32)ng/L were significantly higher than that in group SAP(33.72±6.87)ng/L and the controls (26.09±5.01)ng/L, the concentration of sP-selectin was similar in group SAP(33.72±6.87)ng/L and the controls (26.09±5.01)ng/L.2,The levels of soluble platelet glycocalicin were markedly elevated in group AMI (932.71±232.82))μg/L compared to group UAP(718.15±187.62)μg/L and group SAP (473.78±102.4).but there was no significant difference between group SAP (473.78±102.4)μg/L and the controls(360.38±98.86)μg/L.3,The levels of hs-CRP were markedly elevated in group AMI (6.47±1.72) mg/L compared to group UAP(4.74±1.37)mg/L and group SAP(2.73±0.94) mg/L, but there was no significant difference between group SAP(2.73±0.94)mg/L and the control (1.63±0.60) mg/L .4,There were obvious positive correlations, between the concentration of sP-selectin and soluble platelet glycocalicin (r=0.680, P<0.05), Between the concentration of sP-selectin and high sensitive C-reactive protein (r=0.831, P<0.05), between the soluble platelet glycocalicin and high sensitive C-reactive protein(r=0.726, P<0.05).Conclusion: 1,ACS patients have higher level of P-selectin which indicates that endothelial cell injury and platelet activation is more serious in ACS patients than in SAP patients.2,ACS patients have higher level soluble platelet glycocalicin of which indicates that platelet activation is more serious in ACS patients than in SAP patients.3,ACS patients have higher level of HCY which indicates that the endothelial cells injury and activating inflammation response is more serious in ACS patients than in SAP patients.4,sP-selectin is positively associated with soluble platelet glycocalicin and Hs-CRP.It is helpful to diagnosis, therapy and prognosis of CHD by detecting Hcy,sP-selectin and soluble platelet glycocalicin associatedly. |
