In cancer treatment, radiation therapy has become the mainstream of themedicine. With the development of science and technology, clinic electronic llinacturn into frequently-used treatment instruments. While providing convenience, the safeuse of radiotherapy become a new issue. To ensure the safety of the medical staff, radiation treatment rooms of shielding should be up to national standards.Monte Carlo method is very extensive algorithm. In simulation it play anirreplaceable position. With the computer's rapid development, the feasibility of thisalgorithm is improved and the simulation results of calculation also got very precise.By NCRP REPORT No.151 about international standards, the clinic electronicllinac therapeutic room wall thickness of shielding design can be finished. For databetterly and analysis accurately , Monte Carlo method have good job.The simulationof treatment shield room can adopt it.In this aspect of the feasibility study, resultsshow that the monte carlo method is feasible. And it also showed that using formulamethod to compute the therapeutic room wall thickness also meat national standards. But formula method is lack in actual environmental concerns. The monte carlo methodis able to solve this problem. Therefore recommend using monte carlo method tocarry on the design calculation. In the simulation of the emitters, this paper adopts BEAMnrc program. theprogram is very outstanding on clinic electronic llinac helicopter aspects of thesimulation. Analysis of simulation helicopter data , which show that the simulatedclinic electronic llinac is believable. This is not only for the future therapeutic roomshielding simulation work, but also in advance other topic study.
