| The composition of Chinese traditional medicine is very complicated. The study on the interaction between small molecules in Chinese medicinal herbs and biomacromolecules, especially the competition interaction of two active components with biomacromolecules, can reveal the principle of conpatibility of medicinesed and provide scientific basis for new drug design. The interaction behavior between salvianolic acid B (SalB),rhein (Rhe) and DNA was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry at a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). In 0.1 mol-L-1 HAc-NaAc buffer solution (pH 3.19), The interaction mode between Rhe and DNA was electrostatic, The binding number was 1.71 and the binding constant was 1.00x108 L-mol-1. And SalB and DNA formed macromolecular complexes through the embedding role, the binding number was 1.03 and the binding constant was 4.16 X 104 L-mol"1. But when Rhe and SalB interacted with DNA at the same time, the interaction modes between Rhe/SalB and DNA was both embedded. The result showed that, the interraction between Rhe and DNA can be infacted by the presence of SalB.The interaction behavior between salvianolic acid B (SalB) and bovine serum album (BSA) was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and Square wave voltammetry based on DNA-modified glass carbon electrode (GCE) in 0.01 mol-L-1 Phosphate buffer solution (pH 7.4). It indicated that SalB could combine with BSA to generate a non-electric complexes, the binding number of 1.71 and the binding constant of 1.00×108 L·mol-1 were obtained. The above results were in agreement with those provided by fluorescence spectrometry. An improved electroless deposition method for fabrication of gold nanotubule (GNT) membrane was presented. Satisfactory GNT membrane with 35nm pore diameter was achieved. The GNT membrane modified with L-cysteine as a sensor was used for study interaction between resveratrol and bovine serum albumin (BSA) by electrochemical i-t method. The binding constant K and binding number n between resveratrol and BSA were calculated to be 1.74×106 L-mol-1 and 1.04, the obtained K and n were in agreement with the results of fluorescence spectrometry. |
