| Objective To contrast the clinical efficacy of Flap-free LASEK and Flap-free Epi. LASIK for low and moderate myopia. Methods Seventy eight patients with 143 eyes(-1.50D~-6.00D)were divided randomly into two groups. All subjective pain scores were evaluated on the third postoperative day. The days of corneal epithelium healing were recorded. The Uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA) and haze scores were detected in 1, 3, 6 months after surgery. Results Scores of pain was no obvious difference in group A and B on the third day postoperatively, while the day of corneal healing was significant difference in group A and B (t=2.42, P <0.05) . The average day of epithelium well reconstruction was shorter in the group of the A(3.81±0.07), and longer in group B(4.15±0.12). The difference of the UCVA and haze scores were no statistical significance in 1,3,6 months after surgery between the two groups. Conclusion The cornea epithelium well reconstruction was faster in Flap-free LASEK than that in Flap-free Epi.LASIK. There was no obviously difference in pain score, UCVA and haze score between the two groups. |
