The macrofungus and insecticidal activity plants are selected in this article,and to make the macrofungi liquid fermentation productions and the ethanol extractss from plant into the hybrid biological mosquito-killed preparation, the results are follows:1,This article screens out Amanita pantherina (Dc.:Fr.)Schrmm and Amanita citrina (Schaeff.) Pers. ex S., which the LC50 of the extracts from the macrofungi liquid productions to tested larva respectively are 58.945mg/mL and 59.726mg/mL;anothers are Artemisia capillaris Thunb and Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag., which the LC50 of the ethanol extracts from plant to tested larva respectively are 0.039mg/mL and 0.026mg/mL by doing the insecticidal activity trial on 52 kinds of tested macrofungus which belong to 18 families and 32 kinds of tested plant which belong to 14 families with standard as the toxins efficiency reaches 90% or over 90%.2,Mix the 2 kinds of extracts from the macrofungi liquid fermentation productions and 2 kinds of ethanol extracts from plant respectively according to 1000:1 as the mass ratio, and then get 4 kinds of different combinations, test their LC50. The LC50 of this combination whose constitution is the extracts from Amanita pantherina (Dc.:Fr.)Schrmm liquid fermentation productions with the ethanol extracts from Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. is 27.91mg/mL and its cotoxicity coefficient is 64.71 by calculation, thus its toxicity is the strongest.
