Objective: A Prospective study on the pure Methotrexate (MTX) treatment and mifepristone with MTX treatment on tubal pregnancy in our hospital, the clinical influence contrast, including Clinical curative effect, the average decreasing rate of P-HCG after employed seven days,the average days in hospital etc the recent index of curative effect. the time which the serum β-HCG drops to normal needs,the time of the pelvic cavity Package needs to disappear,bilateral the patency rate of fallopian tubes etc the forward index of curative effect. In order to reveal the superiority of the mifepristone with MTX treatment on tubal pregnancy, to Provide the clinical research for tubal pregnancy's conservative treatment.Methods:88cases with tubal pregnancy who were confirmed diagnosed from November2010to November2011, were stochastically divided into2groups, the A group were given a single intramuscular injection of methotrexate50mg/m2, B group were given a single intramuscular injection of methotrexate50mg/m2in combination with mifepristone tablets50mg taken by oral once per day for3days. Observes two groups of clinical curative effects, the first weekly droop rate of the serum β-HCG,the average days in hospital, The serum P-HCG level was monitored weekly until it drops to normal and reviewing the pelvic cavity Package by the TVS once per month until it disappears. At last, the HSG is needed to learn about the patency rate of the sickness tube.Results:1. The A group44examples, cure34examples, the cure rate77.27%, the success rate of the first treatment is56.82%;The B group44examples, cure39examples, the cure rate88.64%, the success rate of the first treatment is72.73%.two group of cure rate and the success rate of the first treatment comparison difference have the significance (P<0.05).2.
