The Clinical Observe In Treating Spleen-deficiency Syndrome Leukorrhagia With Wan Dai Tang

Purpose To observe the thrapeutical effect of Wan Dai Tang in treating spleen-deficiency syndrome leukorrhagia. To study the improvement of clinical symptoms and the local signs and explore its mechanism.Methods To treat58patients with spleen-deficiency syndrome leukorrhagia with Wan Dai Tang. To calculate the clinical symptoms and the local signs scores before and after the treatment, then compare theses scores. To observe the improvement in the clinical symptoms and the local signs and adverse effect during the treatment. To explore the relationship among clinical effect, age, job type, eating habit and the disease duration.Results Wan Dai Tang has better effect on patients with spleen-deficiency syndrome leukorrhagia. After the treatment, the cure rates of total clinical symptoms, primary TCM symptoms, sub-TCM symptoms, local signs and the leukorrhagia are6.9%,19%,8.6%,24.1%,29.3%separately. Wan Dai Tang can decrease the scores in clinical symptoms and the local signs, and there is significant difference(P<0.01). The job type, eating habit and the disease duration have no effect on the thrapeutical effect. The thrapeutical effects of patients under30ages are better. All the cases have no side effects during the treatment.Conclusion Wan Dai Tang has extremely precise therapeutical effect on patients with spleen-deficiency syndrome leukorrhagia. It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the local signs. The thrapeutical effects of patients between20to29ages are better.
